if it were a water supply issue would be much easier to report, but if its plastic leeching in to the water i cant do much really, just an old rental with really poorly built system

so if it is that i cant do much really, its just how hte place is built. plus we're getting 40+ degree days and its warming the water up so like that + a cheap or old pipe yeah
but id somehow have to prove its a hazard for them to fix it and thatd be like, sending a sample in to a lab or something

the issue is that it could just be the taste vs health, our water rules are pretty strict here and i think its a plumbing issue vs like water supply cause its pretty heavily regulated
from what i read its most liekly degraded or cheap pipes, this place is buitl very cheaply, no sealing on counters

like maybe i could drink less but i get so anxious cause i know being dehydrated increases chances of blood clots and im like petrified of blood clots lmfao

not sure what to do, doubt landlord will fix it cause its a block of units soo like, theres absolutely zero chance of the pipes getting fixed lol

but i cannot keep drinking the water here, maybe i could try a filter but im almost certain its like degraded plastic or something cause it tastes very very strongly of it. its like um idk. kinda niche but if youve ever inhaled while blowing up a balloon. it tastes like that and its fucking awful

the pipes here are pretty fucked and old so ive been drinking bottled water, which i hate i know its such a waste of plastic. but i cannot believe how much water we drink every day, im averaging 2.8 litres/94 ounces and the bottles are only 1.7 litres, so like its kinda costing a lot
