Sonic 2011 I can understand. Joe is very aware of it, since its whole intended purpose is to be the original sonic.exe remake, and the new one at that.
But you have others that repeats the exact steps of the og sonic.exe game or so, I don't think it does very well exe games in the long run.

Bandado is an overarching villain in Sonic II Gaiden so he never the main focus as the story is never really about him, he just the main villain and a passive one at that.
