KV said in the movie that sheep will eat themselves, so before KV met VK, as a sheep person, he made a wish to the moon god, the price was to eat himself, so KV has no ****, but his sword and spaceship are that shape. (VK can install organs of different shapes on himself)

The thing in the crotch area of KV's pants is a chastity belt (not), it is his energy display belt, which can absorb some desire lasers... (the belt also has an internal cavity X-ray function, you know what I mean)
