The only thing that bothers me for real is that she's working on a degree for psychology, to become a ... therapist. And I just do not see her being understanding and not demeaning to any patients thrown her way.

That's true! She doesn't exactly know or understand what it's like to have chronic insomnia and fatigue issues. Nor do I want her to-- it really sucks. Tho in her slight defense, we do live in an area where health care for dementia patients is basically the only career option... aside from retail.
