I want to see a congressional response as brutal as the presidential corruption.

Make all military spending conditional on proper congressional approval.

Automatically rescind spending approval and return it to congressional committee and reconsideration when spent outside constitutional norms.

I appreciate the effort, but the resolution is specific to Iran. It doesn’t require Congress , president & the military to act in line with the constitution in general.

We need to weaken 2001 authorization, require congressional debate, automatically cut all funds lacking constitutional approval.

President Barack Obama was the first U.S. president to formally require public reporting of civilian casualties from U.S. counterterrorism strikes outside conventional war zones.

Trump reversed the policy.

Biden reinstated a similar policy.

Trump2 of course is not going to report this.

I generally will not watch coverage from commercial media focusing on what Trump or the White House said. If a trusted media source needs to play a clip that is useful, that is all I need. I’m not going to listen to Pete Hegseth or Donald Trump ramble. Wasted time.
