What’s a good album length?

So far we have 10 songs. Of which 90% are finished.

I know I said like summer. But i was ill. And the album thus far start to finish has a song for every season. So it’s fun.

I love it so much and can’t wait to share it. I’m so excited about these songs.

I’ll get another camera and time lapse myself driving up to York in the van late at night

There’s a track on this album where Suzy is basically playing classical piano and I want to say “jazzy” trumpet to liquid drum and bass (her idea, not mine) and it’s so fucking cool.

When I listen to it it reminds me of driving very late at night with the orange glow of street lights zooming past.

I’m tired today. Don’t judge me and ask how I didn’t realise that when the cable is always on my left hand side

I need more coffee

It’s funny that when you’re mixing music and you step back from it for a few weeks, to clear your ears (and brain) then come back to it and something is off and it sounds all weird….

And it’s because you have your headphones on the wrong way round 🤦‍♂️

Yeah but those original demos you sent me were from years ago. You were just ahead of your time 😛
