"Do you want quality people being hired?" In a perfect world, yes. However its unreasonable to motivate someone below the living wage in this province to put in 40+ hours a week and be forced to live with parents or total strangers just to get by

Well maybe if you actually posted job listings for an actual living wage you'd find people willing to do the work

One of my favourite jokes as the only openly not straight person in the shop is saying "Fuck, it's straighter than I am" whenever trying to align anything.

Always love seeing new hires try to figure out if they should laugh or not and when it dawns on them what that implies
