It didn’t help that I’ve been eating out way too much the past few months which is like having a salt jaw breaker in your cheek all day. Now it’s time to get back on a healthier track and manage my BP a little better. They kept me for 2 nights then I was good. Don’t need that kind of scare again!

Forgot to post a follow up to my hospital visit. I’m doing much better now and have been at home resting and recovering this week. The last few months have been pretty stressful and a sudden trip back to the homeland (east coast) because my aunt passed away unexpectedly just all caught up with me.

Got rid of the lazy boy couch. I hated that thing. It was an expensive piece of uncomfortable garbage.

Lounging in my own bed after 5 days away from home and a long day of travel.

So good to be back home. It was great to see my family even if it was under sad circumstances, but nothing beats my own bed and toilet.
