Walking home, I saw this older guy all crumpled up in the middle of the sidewalk. It didn't look intentional, so I called for help and these guys showed up first. (I waited to make sure that no one messed with him, including the first responders.) Luckily they were able to get him on his feet.

The grifters got their grift...on to the next deadly scam.

Maybe, along the lines of postcard campaigns, on a set day, everyone sent the same book to the Terror Trio and their own congressperson that would send a message.

Of course, the chosen book would have to be a children's book as, well, you understand... 3/3

Zinn mentions how a book he wrote at the start of the Vietnam War was used as a sort-of mail-in protest. Someone bought 500 copies and sent one to President Johnson and every congressman.

Most of us can't afford to purchase and mail 500 books. But I find the idea appealing. 2/3

So, I spent some time this afternoon reading through Howard Zinn's A People's History of the United States. (My coffee "date" with Howard Zinn remains one of the highlights of, not just my career, but my life. But I digress...) In the back of the edition I happen to have is a discussion. 1/3

Microchip Registry Lookup After scanning lost pet, enter the number into the microchip registry tool to search for the manufacturer of the chip.

If you want to verify that your chip is registered where you think it is, visit www.aaha.org/for-veterina... and enter your pet's microchip number. If your pet is found, this is the first step where whoever finds him/her goes. It gives the name and information of the registration company.

As if there wasn't enough going on, here's something else. Save This Life, a pet microchip registry, has suddenly shut its doors. Please check where your dog or cat is registered (of course, you all have microchipped your pets). If it's with Save This Life, you'll want to switch it elsewhere.

Newsflash: They don't care if anyone gets killed. How many people have already died because of their purges and gutting of agencies and services? The new motto is BLM: Billionaires are the only Lives that Matter.

A surprise for my current tenant to celebrate her two-week anniversary. Hopefully she doesn't trip over them! (And, yeah, it looks like she left the light on...the sun's not that bright today...lol.)
