Say what you want about RC, but when John went away last year he had most of Marlena’s kids back for their anniversary. He paid homage to Rapture on Christmas. This team has her isolated from most of her fam & in scenes with folks no one wants to see. This regime has been awful with their legacy.

Agree 100%. I feel like they have just ripped off the band aid that is holding my broken heart together where John/Drake/J&M are concerned for the last year plus. Leave their love story end and her chart a new path as a independent woman/widow. I'm ok with that. But no, disregard history again.

At this point she is too good for this show. I never thought John's death meant the end of Marlena too. Disrespectful treatment of someone with 50 years of loyalty.

‘New team in April! Let’s do a countdown. Oh no, new team is John’s funeral! Wait, the new team is in August. The new team claims they took over, but it’s really not until the gala. Wait wait no it’s after this next reveal so 2026 will be good.’ The show sucks, people. It’s ok to say it out loud.

What a fun storyline this would be, and although the writers dont have the skill to do the story justice and the show doesnt have the budget, it would be so amazing to see
