It is, yeah. We have one health center in a city of over a million that treats trans patients so I was refreshing their waitlist for like 3 years. I was extremely lucky to find an alternative. Its absolutely horrific, but it does happen.

Also if my b levels have been low for more than 6 months shes supposed to prescribe a b12 injection. My levels have always been critically low despite a strict supplement routine so really, she should've prescribed me an injection 9 months ago.

Context: taking two vyvanse is extremely uncommon. The pills are designed to release medication over a 14 hour period, so taking two can very easily over or under medicate you for longer.

NP: There's a shortage on the type of testosterone you take *prescribes the same testosterone anyway*

NP: oh a lower dose of vyvanse makes you anxious? Just take two!

NP: low b12 levels for a year? Whoops! I lost all of your bloodwork!

NP: your T might be converting to E *doesnt test E levels*
