I feel like my body was given the directions to an appliance made in China. Instead of getting someone who spoke English to write the user manual, they just plugged phrases into Google Translate.

The irony...I have an immune deficiency where my system doesn't make enough immunoglobulin G cells. I also have an autoimmune disorder where my system is attacking cells it shouldn't. ##chronicillness

I've run into those doctors who get frustrated because I am not going to be cured. They can't fix the chronic illness, so they move on.

Sit down with your husband. Come up with a list of the things that need to be done for your move. Recognize your internal anxiety.
What can you do on the list? Or is there something that for the time being you can help him with?

I have three different to-do lists. I have a white board for the most pressing tasks. I have a secondary list for all the other things. My ADHD brain likes to do that one with post-it notes. Then there's one more list that is for projects, the things that take time, energy, and stamina.
