Consistency in assessment... consistent with what? To what end?
Do I want students to feel successful or do I want students to feel fulfilled? Reframing, redrawing, reconceptualizing.
Are we looking to transform or to conform?
"Grade inflation" is inherently a historical argument (change over time). Historians take this on! (Spoiler: it's a bad argument.)
