That’s true, X guard saved my ass so many time when I get pinned down hard.

But leg lock is so effective when you want to shut someone down quickly but it’s just way too damn hard to learn it. But single leg x + ankle locks is my way to
go.

I learned so many variety of leg locks but I rarely use when I spar so what’s even the point.
