Finally got to see Iron Lung! Movie was absolutely incredible and deserves every bit of praise it's received. I laughed, I cried, it moved me Bob

I swear to God if I tell you I can't help with something THAT MEANS I PHYSICALLY CAN NOT HELP! I'm so fucking tired of explaining to customers I can't do something amd they need to go elsewhere or call in and they just sit there trying to convince me I can. Stop wasting both of our time!

Of course almost immediately after I post this I got an old white dude coming into my store screaming slurs. Like I'm talking full hard R. I know I said the worst part wasn't the customers but that wasn't a fucking challenge bro what the actual fuck? 😭

Honestly the worst part of working in phone sales right now isn't even the horrible customers. It's having to sit there while these corporations come into your store and lecture you on AI and rolling their eyes when you tell them your customers hate and don't want it in their phones
