My brave, fabulous child vocalists who have self-assessed music performance anxiety perform today. This is week 8 of data gathering for my PhD research. 7 weeks of group lessons, one performance and 3 draw and tell sessions have been an incredible chance to connect with these fantastic humans.

I experience many stages of βThe dumbeningβ before I hit βThe dumbβ.
A sense of humour (albeit self deprecating at times) helps π
Thank you! A great articleπRecently diagnosed with ADHD (inattentive) recently at the age of 48, I always just thought I had βthe dumbβ as learning always seemed to be exhausting, confusing and hard work. Itβs wonderful to learn how to treat myself and my brain gently, whilst βdoing the thingsβ.
