I read that some California residents who lost their homes are looking for new homes in the same communities. Why would they want to live in the same areas? Mother nature is getting worse with each day. Fires could happen again

Most conspiracy theories sound ridiculous to me. I hated the theory that most of the California wildfires were intentionally set. But after seeing the vitriol toward entertainers (and non-entertainers) who lost their homes-maybe some of the fires were intentionally set. Saying it’s their karma? wow
