I don't even think the Democrats had been asserting they were absolutely against tarriffs. Absolutely against these broad scale tarriffs, yes, but absolutely everyone I've heard has said narrowly targeted tarriffs can be effective. What does he have to gain by making up a lie about his own party?

Idk. Neither of the creators should have turned to their podcasts to air it out from the sounds of it. Tana is always speaking hyperbolically, it's her persona, and to read too much into it is silly. Calling her a liar seemed unnecessary. I think Ro took other stuff personally.
