PS I'm sorry if it sounds like I invalidated your experience. i really don't mean it that way. I just really care about people and believe you deserve to feel better than you have been.

But also I really empathise and this sounds hard. Good luck, I really hope you do find some shifts gradually :) I don't want to go into my own experiences publicly, but believe me, it can get better.

The best part about neuroplasticity is u can change this ;) I mean this respectfully and acknowledge ur experience, but also invite u to get into the habit of celebrating like a rockstar for every small win, a habit of buying more toilet paper and toothpaste than you need, & being kind to urself :)
