Reached a milestone in D&D this week where I did a narration of something absolutely epic and no one at my table said a damn thing about it and we just moved on and no one gave me a star at the end of session either so I just died inside and felt embarrassed for the next 36 hours #dungeonsanddragons

All my reg games were canceled this week but I did play two one shots and y'all... sometimes you get lucky making a super useful character for a toss up one shot setting. And sometimes you can literally do nothing but spew verbal flavor and play a music box sound effect. I love ttrpgs.

I must say this again: even if you somehow don't have a problem with AI slop art, when you use it you're poisoning your brand. You lose audience and working relationships with both artists and fellow creators.

Continued text on zine: all while seeing a therapist or two or more. Did you know it’s really hard to find a therapist when you’re already depressed and then your insurance changes? It’s fo fun. I also worked with a psychiatrist on meds to help my brain get back to some version of what it was before my brother died, sprinkle in a lot of tears, journaling, forcing myself to exercise, and making new relationships to replace the ones that turned out to be, well, flaky. It’s rough out here, y’all. Zero out of ten.
