“Idiot...” he whispered, remaining silent to observe him for a few moments before placing a blanket that he had seen on the bed over the boy, trying to keep him warm while he went back to his own room to take a shower and put on something more comfortable.

“Kaveh?” he moved towards the library, finding it empty, he then went towards the other boy's room, finding him fast asleep on his worktable.

As he took out his house’s keys, as he had already happened several times, he found Kaveh's key intertwined; he sighed, ready to put up with the complaints of the older one who accused him of doing it on purpose, but as soon as he entered the house he heard only silence.
“I’m home.”

The Sage had asked him to stay a little longer, but with a curt answer he had told him that if it wasn't a matter of life and death, he would leave.
