Same. My city's "special mental health cop" was a brute who accused me and a friend of lying that our bipolar friend wasn't on meth when we called the non-emergency line for help as he underwent a crisis. They left without helping. The next morning he'd broken into a business & was arrested.

The thing is, Dr. Mueller's daughters had eating disorders & he was known for keeping a lock on their refrigerator door.
