I’m not a big rougelite player, but everyone was absolutely right about Sol Cesto.

The game loop, balance, and sense of incremental progress is so polished.

I was a little skeptical of the art style, but it totally lands in gameplay.

Monster from @ivyroadgames.bsky.social’s Wanderstop is one of the most memorable NPCs that I’ve encountered.

“Moving on” from her in Chapter 5 was such a bittersweet goodbyes and I’ve been thinking about her since finishing the game a couple nights ago.

I think games that absolutely require mouse input to play should not be considered fully Steam Deck verified.
