There's a great irony that Ralph Bakshi openly hates practices used by studios such as DreamWorks and yet 2017's The Boss Baby (directed by his friend, Tom McGrath) had his grandson, Miles, voice Tim and Miles' sister, Nina Zoe Bakshi, voice Tim's elder daughter (later named Tabitha).
I cannot wait for this awards season to be over just for the manufactured outrage to stop. This year has felt way more exhausting than previous years because everyone’s trying to force a villain when the real one is looking at them in the mirror. Some of it is warranted, but some of it is so dumb.

Unpopular opinion, but I still stand by that Mars Needs Moms was a heartfelt passion project with emotional depth.
The uncanny realism (mandated by Robert Zemeckis) was a fatal creative choice that makes it universally despised, and even director Simon Wells later agreed they pushed it too far.
15 years ago today, ‘MARS NEEDS MOMS’ released in theaters.
Jeez, this studio. It's like it can't try to be anything other than Pixar. Even it's logo is trying to copy Pixar. An opening logo based on the first short film made by the studio? Gee, I haven't heard of that before...OH WAIT.
