I've recorded everything through the Fire Temple! From the next episode I record onwards, I will be playing using a real N64 controller. This thing is shockingly comfortable to use when you don't have somebody in your ear (or head) telling you that it's made for alien hands.

I spent most of today and... the past several days working on graphics for a future Let's Play that I *hope* you'll be seeing sooner rather than later. I think you're going to like this one.

Third: I cannot stress enough that I will *not* be uploading Shorts frequently. I have no interest in trying to enter that ecosystem beyond the absolute bare minimum. If I ever start uploading Shorts more frequently than my Let's Play videos, I hope my friends and family would hold an intervention.

In this situation, I will be posting it in the Discord server and on Bluesky the same as any other video - other Shorts will not be posted about anywhere and will be consumable just the same by watching the series they are taken from.

Second: The only other situation where I can see myself uploading a Short that isn't made of content that would otherwise be present in a normal video is if I need to make an amendment to something I say in a video but don't have a place to put it within a series.

First: If there's a segment in a video that I feel would lend itself to the format, I will be uploading that segment as a Short around the same time the video it's taken from comes out. There may be Shorts made out of segments from past videos if I feel they'd be fitting as well.

The next episode of Ocarina of Time will also be coming with my first ever Shorts upload, so I want to quickly explain how I will be handling YouTube Shorts. This is a thread for that!
