Good luck- we had a nightmare putting compilations through RouteNote - including out most successful compilation being taken down because Spotify flagged one song for out performing the rest of the album. It was by the biggest artist on the album and it spiked after they plugged it on their socials

That’s been normal practice since the beginning- one of my old bands supported a band who’d had a couple of hit singles. The buy on was ridiculous - we paid because, you know, investment in our future!

Our compilations will only be physical and DL in future… Or we’ll just cut out Spotify.
I release compilations through Route Note they withdrew all tracks as a result of Spotify complaints over four tracks becoming popular. They also withheld all monies owed. I won’t use them ever again.
