Un-pottytrained burgers are the best burgers~

I quite often make juicy burgers. They are not a clean food. If Azura is putting my burgers in diapers, it must mean they aren't potty trained. Which makes sense, how can I impart wisdom onto my creations that I myself do not know? ^-^

I made fresh burgers tonight, and generally when I make burgers they're quite juicy. I took a bite and quite a bit of juice leaked out from mine. Azura, however, wrapped a napkin around the bottom of hers, and I called it a "burger diaper". :3

In fact: if you make the call pleasant for the rep you're speaking with it is likely to drive up call time. Two birds with one stone~

For extra damage: specifically request a team lead. Our place was split into lead agents and team leads, the TLs were not supposed to be taking supe calls, but would if they were adamant enough. Do this. They have other important shit to do and management will notice more if it doesn't get done.

We had one guy who escalated 5 times and just kept getting passed around between different leads. It was an entirely unreasonable request, and we ended up just laughing at him, but that call made all of us stop what we were doing.

Got hung up on? Great! Call back and use that as a reason to escalate right away!
Any call that is disconnected on their side is also automatically flagged for manual review in most places. The key is to eat up as many resources as possible!

My advice, as a former call center supervisor, is to fish for ways to escalate your call to a supervisor. Upper management HATES when the supe call cue is long. We used to be in perpetual callback hell back where I worked and they constantly devoted extra resources to combating it.

Took some time off today because I NEEDED to go to Costco for some much needed items.
