Clayman: Blames everyone else about their stress. He messes up an important order from his father, he immediately begins to blame it on his secretary. He messes up a speech, he blames it on his proofreader. He believes that he can do no wrong.
Rusty: Will ignore the stressful situation for days on end. Drinking, clubbing, anything to take the edge off. Does not like confrontation that is about serious subjects where he knows that he may not be able to win or do anything to change the situation. Does not like feeling small.
Myra: Starts crashing out at everyone around them only to realize it was not supposed to be that big of a deal and that they have been holding onto so much stress over the years that the smallest inconvenience will bother them for a long time.

Penny: Swallows their pride and blames themselves for everything that’s happened. Laughs it off as something that was inevitably going to happen.

Rather than being courageous, I want to run away from this job-
For context, when I was hired my boss told me that they did not want to hire me at all and only did so on behest of my friend who worked there prior…
So I worked hard for my boss’ approval and everyone else’s too…
But I messed up today horribly and I contacted my boss asking for help-
Cries… just finished work today and I did not do well 💀 messed up astronomically with some stuff and I am now feeling so depressed 🥲
