I really want to revisit these ideas and do more detailed studies of syss' (or my other oc's) rooms... I also encourage everyone to think about their character's rooms/home because I think that is a great way to define your characters in a fun and interesting way (!!) and it tells a lot about them

I'd need to spend several weeks (months) simply reading through studies and research from different fields like neuropsychology or environmental psychology + fact check a ton of them but I have this weekend to finish the small essay and I keep getting lost in the studies instead of writing it whoops

I've been trying to find sources that I could cite and it makes me sort of sad to see how little reliable information is available or how little it has even been researched (directly). It's gotten better lately though but it is still a field that would benefit from a lot more studies!

It's extremely interesting and not documented enough in my opinion... I may have a theme for my master's thesis as well considering how much could be written from a topic like this lmao
