13. Live a life that is true to yourself.
Most of us do what society/family/friends expect from us.
They mean no harm, but sometimes their dreams must die for yours to live.
Live an authentic life that is a true reflection of who you are.

Our social circle is the number one predictor of living a long life.
So, build as many meaningful connections as you can.

Your willpower is like a muscle β it can be trained.

Forget about price, benefits & equipment.
Pick the gym closest to your home.
A long distance between gym and home creates a mental barrier.
9. Remove all clocks from your bedroom.
The first thing you do when you wake up during the night is check the time.
This triggers a stress response in your brain β which makes it harder to fall back asleep and reduces sleep quality.
8. When youβre hungry donβt eat β drink a big glass of water.
Our brains often mistake thirst for hunger.
If youβre still hungry after 15 - 20 min, you know itβs real hunger.
7. Donβt aim for happiness.
Aim for inner peace.
What brings you peace is often uncomfortable but leads to a much more fulfilling life.
6. Donβt track your calories/weight/sleep every day.
Youβll be much more consistent if you focus on tracking every week.
5. Donβt drink coffee after noon.
Caffeine stays in your system much longer than you think.
Even if you fall asleep easily the quality of your sleep decreases.
