My 'technique' was to heat the die to about 100 - 110C (holding an infrared thermometer in one hand and hot air thingy in the other) and slightly tap the die with hot air nozzle couple of times 🤷♂️

I didn't bother to take before and after pictures, because I honestly didn't believe it would work, but, if after all the fixes it still doesn't work, try gently heating the core...
