coming up with a new OC is like fighting a dark souls boss. you design them, give them a backstory and personality. it's all done, and then the second phase begins. boss music escalates as the health gauge replenishes. you now need to name them.

I took a course on horror literature and it taught me that all horror is just something familiar doing something or being somewhere it shouldn't be.

Eg. Your mother's voice in her house = normal. Your mother's voice in a forest when you are supposed to be alone = scary
