Even with some of the cuts restored, we will never achieve the 90% reduction of HIV within a generation now, a goal which was shockingly not entirely out of grasp only decades after it was seen as a death sentence. Sit with the fact that this is, however, what the UN was pitching only two years ago.
Florida just cut off HIV meds for 16,000 people.

One of the reasons I talk about the unsavory parts of Canada is because it crosses borders, this started in Canada with Indigenous victims, Starlight Tours/the Saskatoon freezing deaths. It made it to the US years ago, generally in the desert. Now ICE is using the same cruel practice across the US.
