- She continues to live in New York, working as a radio personality and podcaster, while also dedicating time to philanthropic causes focused primarily on helping addicts get clean and supporting sex workers. -

In this timeline, Karen has survived the church attack during the events of Guardian Devil. Albeit with lingering injuries and no doubt a bit of trauma from the ordeal. Not helped that the hospital had to be conservative with pain management because of her prior issues causing fear of a relapse. -
