My Betta jumped out of the tank despite perfect water perimeters, landed on the tile floor. Luckily I saw it happen and was able to put him back in almost immediately! He was a bit concussed so I put him in a deli cup for a while so he could snap back. Jonathan started doing crystal healing on him 😂
This lady was incredible for this, Jane Elliot is still alive. One of my elementary school teachers did this and it taught me so much!
Broth Day is always a good day! The electric cauldron bubbles and boils my troubles and toils. We had more frozen scraps than anything else in our freezer 😂 it was beyond time.

Organizing things I didn’t know needed organizing! 😂 I’ve given away so much stuff in the last couple of months and still feel so cluttered. I finally bought an under the bed linen storage organizer. I’ve just been folding towels and sheets and keeping them in my closet! What a waste of space. 🥴🥴

Made a Roasted Tomatillo Sauce for Tamales Verdes! Avocado Oil, 12 Tomatillos, 1 Head of Garlic, 1 Poblano Pepper and 2 whole Serranos. Blended with some sprigs of fresh Cilantro… Came out so delicious. Now I need motivation to put together these Tamales 😅
