Blaming the #DOE for low test scores in a school district is like blaming the #NWS for your road being flooded after a storm.
One of featured speakers for #macul25. Looking forward to connecting, @tonyvincent.bsky.social

Tell me more about those options.
A not-so-random thought about AI: I want to have a filter available for an AI request that states “Only include scholarly works.”
Without that filter, any and all information, both right and wrong, can be included in an AI response. This filter helps minimize the “wrong” stuff.

Remote learning was a flash-in-the-pan for most learners. Now they are back in the classroom. MOST of our early learners do not have a 1-1 device to take home any longer. How would they do “remote” without a device? Also, many still have no internet access for remote lessons.
I recently cleaned out some cupboards at my house. I had a brand new stack of 50 recordable and printable DVDs. It was a good product at a specific time, but no longer needed. Times change.

This is a solid organization supporting educators across Michigan. You can be a member, for free.
I also remember cleaning off the little rollers in the mouse. They were a magnet for the crud picked up by “the balls”.
Social Media does not provide your curriculum, so don't look to it as a key element of your teaching. What it can provide is a source of people, resources, ideas, and energy that can help you deliver your curriculum.
At least you didn't have to replace the "mouse balls".
Those were the days!
