When I worked for the college newspaper, we would visit the regional press once a year. It was responsible for all printing within something like a 100 mile radius. And it was just like, two dudes in safety gear on an otherwise empty factory floor

Disagree. Under 30 are savvy and keen novel (to them) platforms and would embrace a print alternative IF it represented communities and topics they cared about.
