Jason Todd takes over after Dick. Street urchin who becomes Robin, gets killed by Joker, resurrected, becomes Red Hood!

If you ever asked me to picture one of the antagonist for a "Nazis take over America" movie, I'd probably picture something exactly like this guy.

The fact that this is what the guy in charge of ICE in Chicago actually looks like bums me out but does not surprise me at all.
