Arrived at the scene reuniting with Y'shtola, where she doesn't recognize your character.. which is funny because this scene happened right after I used a Fantasia to change race.

Yes! He's an alternate universe Spidey that was introduced in back in the late 2000's as a sorta hardboiled noir version of the character.

He's made many appearances in comics, video games and etc. Most recently played by Nic Cage in the Spider-Verse movies. This show is a take on that version.

Actually taking Spider-Man Noir from the Spider-Verse films and making it into a live action series WITH Nic Cage reprising the role is honestly fucking inspired.

The run that came after "Nightwing by Tom Taylor" is one of the BEST comics in recent years and I greatly recommend it.

Season 2 looks really good so far. I've said this before but I love that they embrace how odd One Piece is. So many live action adaptations fail because they try to get around the weirdness of the source material and lose the soul in the process.
