I’m trying to find more info on what exactly Nintendo threatened them with or what they took issue with besides what appears to be RTA’s existence as a corporation because I’m trying to wrap my head around how they can ban their games from the event.

“How lucky am I to have something that makes saying goodbye so hard.” I feel like I only go on here now to post something about that a day’s adventure, whatever it may be, with my Bean. Although I can’t see her as often as I might want to, it’s all of these adventures and moments that I can’t help but post about that remind me how lucky I am and how incredible she is; and how worth it she and us are. Saying goodbye to her after our monthly weekend together is always the worst, but I wouldn’t trade the time together for anything.

A recent typo of hers resulted in her referring to us as “bonded soups”, and yeah, it’s prefect. I’ve connected with her quickly, but in a way that I’ve never connected with a person before. She sees, hears and supports me, she reminds me that it’s okay to not be okay, and she gives me a love and support every day that I will never take for granted. The good days are brighter with her in my life and she helps make any bad days a little bit sunnier. She always surprises me with little gifts to remind me of her (most recently a signed hockey puck by the only player to score a goal for our team when we had our first official date back in April), she remembers all of my favorites and all of my crazy hobbies. She constantly wants to see me succeed in any and every random goal I have. She constantly amazes me with her knowledge on random subjects (mostly music and hockey) and every day she gives me more reasons and reminders of why I would go to the ends of the earth for her, and to make her smile.

And so here it is, another post about me my Bean, and our adventure of the weekend. This time just a stay-at-home dinner date and a rainy day filled with some errands I’d been meaning to do a little Mario Kart World in between. It was simple and just what I needed after my week halfway around the world. I’ll never be able to thank her enough for being my best friend, my partner and my Person as we always affectionately say to one another. But I know there will be most posts like this because we’ve got more adventures planned, and I can’t help but share her and us with the world. After all, she deserves to be shown off.

12 years in the making, three of the old KH guard finally met up

Finally back on US soil, about to begin the final trip home. What an experience ASM 2025 was. Happy to be home, but damn I miss everyone lmao

I am somewhere over the Indian Ocean south of the equator, and this final leg is about half over. I have no more concept of time and I haven’t seen the sun in like 24 hours

Rewatching the first 6 Mission Impossibles again before watching the last 2 for the first time and boy I forgot how bad the second one is lol

Stayed up way too late to finish binging The Good Place and that ending has me all kinds of messed up now

Was also gifted a puck signed by the player who scored the only goal at my first game which also happened to be our first date. So despite a hectic couple weeks, there were some bright spots ⛅️

From earlier in the week, a trip to NYC’s Botanical Garden. A little late to see most of the blooms, and hot as hell outside, but suffice to say it was still a wonderful time.

Idk man, giving up Minkah Fitzpatrick for Jalen Ramsey would have been a no brainer a few years ago. But in 2025, not so sure about that one. Minkah was an all pro more recently than Ramsey ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

First book of the year. I’ve been struggling to finish this since December. This is not a good book and is nowhere near the quality of the prior 3 in the series. I hope the last 2 are better.

That game had a weird existence, something must have been seriously messed up with the development for a while for it to dark for so long before just being shelved. Weird project.
