We launched the PATH2ZERO project website. @dlr-en.bsky.social, together with 11 partners, 40+ national stakeholders, and 10 international experts, we are co-creating tools and pathways for net-zero, climate-resilient transport in Europe. Explore our work, events, and publications at: path2zero.eu

On 15-16.1.25, we held the kick-off meeting for #PATH2ZERO at DLR Institute of Transport Research in Berlin. The project aims at providing policymakers, practitioners, and industry with the next generation, #net-zero, climate-resilient transport pathways using. lnkd.in/ee8gbifh

Policy implications:
1️⃣Prioritise investments that enhance the travel experience for all, e.g.:
2️⃣🚲🚶Urban designs that facilitate social interactions or sensory experiences to make them more enjoyable.
3️⃣🚋Comfortable seating, adequate lighting, noise reduction measures, spaces for reading or working.

Key findings:
1️⃣🚲🚶 have the highest WTT,
2️⃣🚲= enjoyment (company, audio, reflective thinking),
3️⃣🚌 = personal productivity (browsing, talking),
4️⃣🚗= productivity (e.g., thinking, driving itself) and enjoyment (e.g., company, talking).
