Is there actually a way to sync a key between "platform's keychains"? If you mean secure enclaves by that, I don't think you are supposed to extract they key, which will be required for this. Or is there some other way?

If you just record outputs of your implementation, you are just trying to bake-in the current state of the code, bugs included. Can be helpful if you are planning to start making the implementation more complex I guess.

This might be a pretty good testing strategy if you have something to compare against, like a different implementation.
