I'm pretty alone in my hatred for it, so I've learned. I can respect how much of a unique film it is and some scenes are gorgeously animated but everything else makes me livid. The film stinks of incel, it's poorly written, and the history behind it is laughable. I could go on...the fans don't help

end of evangelion. was a free club not a paid theater experience but i don't think any other film filled me with such a level of blinding rage so i'm counting it. i could have attacked someone

Mushrooms also take great to freezing so I'd recommend slicing em and making yourself some tupperware portions for later. I love mushrooms and know so many recipes lmk if interested I'll DM

Cut/Chop in small pieces reduce with butter garlic and stock and you'll have a banging sauce. They reduce like mad too, so you'll use volumes. Great with white meats (to stuff pork roast or poultry) but also with pasta.
