like i’ll literally see people just use a symbol or word with their whole chest and fully say the actual opposite of what they clearly intend and i’m like ???????? and don’t even get me started on “apart of” vs “a part of”

begging people to not just randomly pick < or > when they’re aiming for specifically less than or greater than and it boggles my mind that this is a thing people do? just randomly choose one or the other of actual opposite symbols and hope no one notices?????? same with words!!! words mean things!!!

i don’t care how accurate it is, i will always read $50 billion as fifty dollars billion and it just looks like fifty bucks and the word billion to me but $50,000,000,000 is a different story
