the best thing for you to do ultimately though is find a good stylist. strandsfortrans.org
you can tell them what you want and they can find somethin. you might have to shop around a bit finding a good hairstylist who you can talk to and end up trusting is key! finding mine gave me such confidence.

i think these two are good examples for you to show to a hairstylist/barber. the first minus the extended length on the back would be good. require some daily maint/styling but a lot. the 2nd one if youre concerned about sweat, keeping it much shorter with a wilder look.

what I've figured out as someone who went by they/them in public for years is that hairstyles considered more alt make you very androgynous. i suggest looking up some more "punk" stuff but from what other things youve said here i think you might wanna try doing up your hair with gel and stuff.
