Lots of config to discover.
If the device is connecting to an ssid that is on two access points, it might be choosing the wrong one. Nail it down by putting ssid on one ap only

04.08.2025 19:46 — 👍 0 🔁 0 💬 1 📌 0You can have multiple ssids . Each with their own settings. And apply that ssid to one wifi aps. So apply it to the ap nearest to the device only so it can’t roam to the ap that is further away.
That’s probably your problem. Check which ap the device is connecting to
