We teach our kids that being a bully or being bullied is not ok. We teach our kids to trust their gut and that “instinct” is its own language, and they need to listen to it.

I always answer “emergency”. People either hang up or stumble on themselves when they try to say something and then hang up.
I think about the coming 4 years and I’m not sure if I need my jammies, weighted blanket and a rock to hide under or a good old fashion punk concert to release my rage. I wonder what women will be stripped of next; working, voting, driving, additional healthcare, after school snacks…
I shudder to think about these next four years. As a single mom of a special needs kiddo, my fear runs deep. What rights is he going to be stripped of because of his neurodivergent status? Does he have the right to breathe outer air anymore since he doesn’t fit Trump’s perfect mold of a man….
One of the issues I’ve had with Trump supporters is they can’t have a conversation about their position on supporting him. They call you names & tell you you’re wrong, but can’t explain their reasons for being right.
What happened to conversation or agreeing to disagree? What happened to respect?
Then I think we should partake in a drink and go forth together.
