Picked up our new car today and within 1.5 hours and about 12 miles we had total electrical failure on the motorway and has had to go back to the dealer. Not the best day but we are OK thanks to some great driving by my daughter who managed to get us on to the hard shoulder with no power steering.

Took the dogs for a long walk then home for a large coffee and get ready for the football on TV hoping Newcastle can end their barren run just to cheer up the wife.
