The biggest flaw for me? Comparing PAs with FY2 doctors just four months into training. The paper doesn't specify the PAs' experience level, making this comparison flawed and misleading.

There is overwhelming evidence that the policies/funding of NHS England & GMC are set on replacing Drs with PAs
When stating PAs have been integral to the NHS for 20yrs they are lying
2015 there were just 15 PAs in General Practice / 109 in hospitals
📈 without clear regulation/scope/safety in place

For example, if JAMA has a Bsky account, it can have the account handle jamanetwork . com and you’d know that it was the real JAMA because only they could have that domain.

The starter packs are a great idea to follow people with similar ideas and interests. But the “follow all” option in the starter packs is a double edged sword as the bots and junk IDs can use that to follow people easily and mess up everyone’s TLs. Hmm. Will wait and see.
