Simply saying "not allowing him to take office" is literally disenfranchisement. So I guess I'd ask for clarification on what you believe the role of voters is? A constitutional Republic is still a democracy.

We need to resist. But we need to also uphold the Constitution.

We got it on the ballot so mere months before that vote, the rushed through a vote to increase the threshold from 50 to 60% as quietly as they possibly could. We voted to keep the 50% and then we voted to protect abortion rights. Now they're trying to reinterpret what those protections meant.

Have you seen how desperate the Ohio Republican legislature has been the past 3 years to find ways to overturn the will of the buyers re: abortion rights. Made us vote on it twice and now are simply trying to overrule the vote and simply not even any of it.

Biden doesn't realize that his commitment to norms comes off as as either spineless or disingenuous in 2024. If we know you think he's a fascist we expect you to act accordingly. You didn't have to have an insurrection or disenfranchise voters, but you can resist.
