Yes, it is inevitable some will get more love over others, but I think if we all collectively try and uplift all aspects of the fandom, we can do better. I don’t want a baby’s first cosplay experience to be neglected in a corner bc Jim wanted to recreate his harem selfishly. Please, do better.

There is no “there’s not enough people to do this shoot”…there is no “there is not enough people from x game to do it” EVERYONE DESERVES A CHANCE IN THE SPOTLIGHT! And favoritism was so obvious that it made my heart hurt. IDC if x is your favorite, try your best to give everyone love.

and, specifically at this meetup, the host took too many special requests, never making it down his established photoshoot list which made it so there were times unpopular characters pretty much never went up. I get the enthusiasm but it’s important for everyone to feel love!
